Having worked in the field of criminal litigation for well over 25 years, John has vast experience in dealing with cases involving all manner of allegations.
John has a demonstrated history of success in handling particularly complex and sensitive instructions.
John is presently instructed in respect of: police investigations and prosecutions arising out of fatal and serious injury road traffic collisions; HSE and Local Authority investigations into workplace accidents and other breaches of Health & Safety legislation; Environmental Health investigations into breaches of food safety and hygiene regulations; Environment Agency investigations into alleged breaches of environmental regulations; CQC investigations into alleged breaches of health and social care regulations, and; allegations concerning the use of excessive force by SIA licence holders.
In fatal cases not involving criminal proceedings, John is able to provide advice and representation to clients for the purpose of an Inquest.
John works closely with civil lawyers and claims handlers to ensure a consistent approach to both criminal and civil liability.
