Jenny has acted for both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunal proceedings including, but not limited to, cases involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract, whistleblowing and unlawful deduction of wages.
She provides support to the corporate team on corporate transactions, acting both vendor and purchaser side by conducting due diligence reviews and advising upon employment warranties within share purchase agreements.
Jenny provides ad hoc advice to both public sector and private sector clients on a full range of employment law related issues including on-boarding, grievances, redundancies, dismissals and TUPE.
