- Acted for one of over 50 defendants (a specialist provider of tax reclaim services) in the widely reported Danish Customs and Tax Administration (SKAT) case, in defence of a claim for £1.5 billion.

- Ras Al-Khaimah Investment Authority v Azima and others [2024] EWHC 1511 (Ch). Jemma acted for the Fourth Additional Defendant in this complex, multi-party, multi-jurisdictional long-running litigation involving allegations of fraud, perjury and computer hacking.
