Particular specialisms:

  • Creative Problem Solving
  • Human Centred Design & Design Sprints
  • Idea and Innovation Management
  • Customer experience & insights analysis
  • Lean Six Sigma

We use a human centric approach to designing new ideas and innovations that we believe places the client at the heart, whilst not losing focus on how this impacts our business. In short, my role involves making ideas people think up, a reality. Sometimes ideas work, sometimes they don’t – and that’s fine too (providing we learn why it didn’t work)!

If you have an idea that you want some help designing out further, either myself or my team, can almost certainly help.

Away from work, I have an interest as many sports as you can think of. I have a keen interest in; Cricket, Football, Golf & Rugby. Interesting fact: I was a former Police Officer with GMP mostly brought about through having strong family ties to our Majesties' armed forces.
