James Manari is Vice President of Sales. He oversees the cyber response team, providing data mining and document review services to the law firms and insurance carriers that support organizations affected by cyber incidents. Beyond cyber services, he has extensive experience within the broader legal operations and technology space.
He brings a long track record of developing innovative cyber response solutions. He has a deep understanding of the insurance market, as well as eDiscovery and document review services. His wide range of expertise in the alternative legal services space makes him a trusted partner to large organizations and law firms.
James is passionate for delivering the best his organization has to offer for his clients and providing impeccable service, as well identifying and utilizing the best people, process, and AI technology available to automate an otherwise very manual and expensive cyber response processes.
Prior to DWF, he served as Vice President, Sales at Elevate, where he designed, developed, and launched a completely new cyber response offering in addition to collaborating with large law department and law firm clients with other ASLP services. In 11 years at Epiq, he advised clients on eDiscovery and document review services before launching the cyber response service. Finally as Director, Sales at CEB, he supported the General Counsel Roundtable and Compliance and Ethics Leadership Council to provide consulting and best practices support to Fortune 500 law departments.
When he is not helping organizations improve their efficiency, James enjoys coaching his kids’ youth sports team, spending time outside, travelling with his family and cooking.
