Jack Littler

Pupil Barrister, Manchester

Jack is currently undertaking pupillage under the supervision of Frances Lawley. Jack joined DWF Chambers in January 2021 as an Advocate after completing the BPTC in November 2020.

Experience

Prior to beginning his pupillage, Jack has over 14 months experience as an Advocate at DWF Chambers. His experience includes a range of personal injury work, including RTA, EL and PL litigation, commercial disputes, and enforcement proceedings.

His practice includes interim and final hearings as well as written advocacy. Jack is regularly instructed on interim hearings and Small Claim trials for personal injury and commercial litigation. As an Advocate, Jack has assisted clients with written advice and drafting documents such as statements of case and witness statements. 

Prior to joining DWF Chambers, Jack was involved in two Pro Bono projects while studying for his BPTC. He provided written advice for clients with commercial disputes. This included matters concerning personal guarantees, loan agreements, employment rights, and intellectual property rights. 

During pupillage, Jack will be supervised by Frances Lawley and he will gain significant experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation.
