His experience includes handling high-value and technically complex claims involving surveyors, architects, engineers, cost consultants and construction professionals, as well as advising insurers on coverage and risk management issues.Combining technical construction knowledge with a strong understanding of legal and insurance principles, Ian is recognised for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused solutions and clear advice in challenging circumstances. He has extensive experience of claims negotiation, litigation support, expert coordination and stakeholder management across a wide range of sectors.
As Head of Adjusting UK, Ian leads teams responsible for the delivery of high-quality claims services, maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the development of technical excellence across the business.
