Hosh has experience in a wide range of business classes however he has a particular interest in Accident and Health, Construction and Energy and Marine.
With respect to Accident and Health, Hosh recently acted for insurers in the defence of several high value claims from high profile individuals in the world of sport. Hosh also recently completed a secondment at a leading Accident and Health insurer where he advised internally on life and personal accident claims.
With respect to Construction and Energy, Hosh recently acted for (re)insurers on several high value CAR policy coverage disputes including disputes relating to power plants in Latin America, East Africa, West Africa, the Nordics and East Asia. Hosh also has considerable experience advising insurers on liability defence and on subrogated recoveries in the Construction space.
With respect to Marine, Hosh has recently acted for insurers in the defence of several claims under policies for Yachts and advised on defence in commodities disputes.
