Holly is an experienced litigation lawyer and insurance specialist. She has been working with international insurers for over 9 years. While based in Sydney, she acts for clients in all Australian State and Territories.
Holly has particular expertise in:
- defending complex, high value personal injury claims;
- responding to Work Health and Safety investigations and prosecutions; and
- acting for interested parties in Coronial investigations and inquiries.
Her clients include sporting organisations, clubs and associations, recreational activity providers, volunteer community groups, coaches/trainers, leisure centres, and building/construction companies. Most of her work centres around serious accidents, and accordingly, Holly approaches clients with empathy and delivers careful and considerate advice.
Holly also has broad litigation experience, particularly in sport and recreation space. She has achieved excellent results for sporting organisations and providers in consumer law disputes (including a consumer class action), defamation claims and discrimination complaints.
Holly also regularly provides advice to clients on critical incident response and risk management policies and procedures.
