Helen Crudden larg

Helen joined DWF in 2013 and has extensive experience in professional indemnity litigation and regulatory matters in both the UK and Ireland. Helen has particular expertise in defending claims against solicitors, accountants, architects and financial advisors.

Helen qualified in England in 2009 where she practiced in the professional indemnity department of a boutique insurance firm specialising in the defence of solicitors' negligence claims. Helen gained a wealth of experience in advising insurers on liability and coverage issues from pre-action through to trial. Following this Helen worked in Herbert Smith Freehills in their disputes practice, during which she spent time on secondment to Lloyds Bank advising on the defence of mis-selling claims.

Helen is a commercially focused solicitor who understands the importance of providing clear and concise legal advice while remaining alive to the commercial realities. Helen has the benefit of practising in both England and Ireland and therefore has an appreciation of the jurisdictional nuances when advising Insurers.
