The team publish a monthly Insurance Brief along with regular updates on key case law and legislation. It also provides a horizon scanning service to clients to assist in predicting potential new areas for claims, claims spikes and increasing claims costs.
Prior to joining DWF, Fiona practised as a solicitor in Birmingham, specialising in the defence of professional indemnity claims, before moving into academia and eventually being appointed Principal Lecturer and Co-Director of the Legal Practice Course at Manchester Law School.Publications
