As the partner in charge of the Munich real estate team, Falko advises national and international investors on their real estate transactions and the on-going management and trading of real estate assets and portfolios. He provides advice on all aspects of property litigation under German Law.

Falko Grauer


Falko has gathered extensive experience in his work for national and international investment funds and investors on the full range of real estate services, from land acquisition, financing and asset management to asset/portfolio disposal. In the recent past, Falko has advised international real estate investors on property transactions with a volume of over € 500 Mio. 

Falko has significant experience in representing national as well as international parties in real estate-related disputes under German Law in and out of court. 

Recent accomplishments for Falko's team include the following awards: 2015 Corporate INTL Global Awards - Middle East Transactions Law Firm of the Year – Germany, 2015 Acquisition International Dispute Resolution Awards - Cross Border Disputes Advisory Firm of the Year – Germany, 2015 Corporate LiveWire Legal Awards - Best for Dispute Resolution – Germany and 2015 Acquisition International Legal Awards - Most Innovative Dispute Resolution Team – Germany.

Falko is fluent both in German and English, and his PhD thesis pertains to the field of international arbitration.
