Emil specializes in employment matters (including conducting legal due diligence in the field of labour law, legal advice on the employment of foreigners in Poland and preparation of employment contracts for members of the management board) as well as in litigation and arbitration (with particular focus on wide range of commercial disputes).

Experience


Emil focuses on full spectrum of issues connected with employment law and social insurance law, including court proceedings in labour law cases (e.g. related to sexual harassment, mental harassment, redundancies, overtime compensation and fatal accidents at work), individual and collective redundancies, voluntary redundancy programs, implementation of Employee Capital Plans, employment of foreigners in Poland. 

He advises in preparation and developing of internal regulations (Remuneration scheme, Work regulations, Regulations for the selection of employee representatives).

His experience also includes preparation of documentation related to the hiring and dismissing of employees as well as preparation of employment contracts for members of the management board.
Emil is also highly experienced in managing complex litigation cases that require expertise in a broad spectrum of legal areas such as foreign currency options, IT projects, compensation claims against airports, infringement of moral rights, exclusion of a partner from the company, organised crime.

He also advises clients in all stages of criminal proceedings.

In 2018, he was awarded doctorate for a dissertation related to secret surveillance in criminal proceedings.
