Experience

Eimear advises domestic and international corporations (comprising of insurance companies, property fund managers, banks, developers, pharmaceutical companies, waste companies, health care providers, pension funds and high profile individuals) in respect of both civil and criminal matters.

Eimear is recognised as an expert in property disputes including landlord and tenant disputes and regularly advises on Irish landlord and tenant law. 

She also has vast experience in professional negligence claims, breach of undertaking claims and fraudulent dispositions, as well as advising corporations/companies on risk management and advising on environmental law.

Eimear has extensive experience gained over many years practice in the defence of product liability claims and professional indemnity claims including medical /clinical negligence claims against all medical professionals. Eimear has worked with veterinary insurers and medical bodies in respect of professional negligence claims against practitioners and has appeared before the Irish High Court defending applications for strike off from the professional registers.
