David has over 14 years' experience of this specialist field, having worked in both private practice and in industry. HIs time, working in industry means that he understands the needs of businesses and the importance of proactive and commercial advice.
David regularly represents clients in connection with complex contract and professional negligence claims. This work involves, predominantly, claims against solicitors, surveyors and financial advisers.
Outside of work David plays lacrosse for Boardman & Eccles, enjoys running and cooking and supports Manchester United.
