Christopher joined DWF Advocacy in July 2018. Prior to joining the business, Christopher obtained an LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Leeds, receiving the highest mark of all E-commerce dissertations for his thesis on unfair terms in consumer contracts. Christopher completed the BPTC in 2017, during which he studied International Commercial Practice, received the highest mark of his cohort in personal injury and clinical negligence, and competed in the 2017 CEDR National Negotiation Competition Final.
Christopher’s busy practice includes making and opposing a broad range of applications and regularly carrying out CCMCs, CMCs, and small claims disputes. He is adept at drafting statements of claim and Part 35 questions, as well as advising on the law relating to trusts, companies, and jurisdiction.
Christopher is experienced at representing and advising insurer clients on Complex Personal Injury and RTA claims, as well as with costs hearings and wider Commercial and Employment matters.
Christopher is praised by clients for his strong oral and written skills. He is particularly noted for his robust advocacy style and an ability to get to the crux of a matter quickly and effectively.
