Chris Wheeler

Director // Head of Forensic Services, London

Chris is a forensic accountant with over 20 years of relevant experience gained through both Big 4 accounting firms and legal practices. He helps clients to quantify losses when faced with commercial disputes; and also to investigate any suspicion of fraud and corruption.

Chris has worked closely with clients and multi-disciplinary legal teams across most sectors throughout the world, from bribery and corruption investigations in Africa, reporting to the World Bank; to the identification of false shipping documentation in the Far East.

Chris has given evidence as a quantum expert in adjudications and ICC arbitrations and been a witness of fact for the CPS at various UK Crown Courts. He has commented on fraud statistics to the media and has given numerous presentations on fraud to various UK Government Offices. Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, an ADRg Accredited Mediator and an CFPAB Accredited Counter Fraud specialist.

Chris is a keen runner, reasonable cyclist and improving swimmer. This year he is raising money for the charity Bloodwise, through various sporting endeavours.
