Charis is an experienced Early Careers professional who, after joining DWF in 2016, has played a key role in developing DWF's Early Careers strategy.
This includes ensuring that DWF has a strong pipeline of diverse talent through the implementation of the Ethnic Minority Access Programme, reducing the A-Level/Scottish Highers requirement and introducing the Solicitor Apprenticeship for external applicants for the first time.
Charis is also passionate about Sustainable Recruitment and is striving to make sure that recruitment practices are ethical and sustainable.
Prior to joining DWF, Charis was a Recruitment Advisor at Damar Training, recruiting apprentices for a number of businesses and law firms.
