Having commenced in legal services in 2003, Chantal has developed a specialist practice in commercial litigation and insolvency enabling her to provide a diverse set of skills and experience to her clients in the prosecution and defence of large commercial disputes and handling of insolvency matters.
She is a champion for her clients' interests, delivering tailored commercial outcomes that reflect an intimate understanding of their motivations and objectives.
Chantal has a varied client base across property, financial services, transport, construction, manufacturing, hospitality and health industries. Her clients include large corporates, SMEs, developers, directors, joint ventures, financial institutions, planners & accountants, family groups, real estate agents, restaurant owners and insurers.
She also acts for a number of prominent insolvency practitioners in all manner of claims, and has expertise in voluntary administration work and advises as to options ahead of formal appointments.
Chantal's capabilities and achievements are best reflected by matters she successfully advised and acted for in all major court jurisdictions.
Outside of Law, Chantal savours quality time with her family and friends, and is partial to a fine vino. She is also a devout supporter and member of the Essendon Football Club and proud to be born and raised in Melbourne – the AFL and sporting capital of Australia!
