He has over 17 years of experience advising on corporate matters, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, due diligence processes, and corporate reorganisations, providing advice to both national and international clients, including leading investment firms.
Prior to joining RCD, Borja advanced in his career at firms such as Deloitte, including a secondment in Scotland at Dundas & Wilson (currently CMS), Baker McKenzie, and Ecija Abogados.
