Experience
Bartłomiej provided legal assistance for key contracting authorities from railway and road industry as well as government agencies during the preparation and implementation stage of infrastructure projects. He has advised both public and private entities (in particular from construction and IT industry) in procurement and commercial disputes, before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts.
He also dealt with matters related to transmission easements and expropriation proceedings, providing legal assistance to the company that is the transmission system operator.

Representing an economic operator (from construction industry) in a dispute with the contracting authority in the course of mediation before the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland leading to the reduction of the contracting authority's claims to 7%.
Providing legal assistance to an contracting authority from the railway industry, at the implementation stage of: “Construction of the ERTMS/GSM-R system infrastructure on railway lines”.
Providing legal assistance to an contracting authority, at the stage of public procurement, in particular in the following proceedings:
