With a background in insurance litigation spanning over 20 years and with experience on both sides of the claims process, Anna provides advice on costs-related matters to a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors. She has a particular interest in costs in catastrophic personal injury claims, appeals and technical challenges around the interpretation of the Civil Procedure Rules. Anna works closely with clients to develop targeted strategies to help achieve their objectives. She also provides bespoke training to clients on key costs-related developments and issues. A passionate advocate for the education, progression and development of women, Anna volunteers as a mentor to young women and as a school governor at her local primary school.
In 2021, in addition to her work at DWF, Anna was appointed as a Fee Paid Employment Judge and a Fee Paid First Tier Tribunal Judge.
