Experience
Andrzej is an advocate trainee and works as a Junior Associate in the Renewable Energy Team at DWF, Poland. He focuses on the renewable energy sector and on day-to-day service of private and public companies in transactional, administrative and real estate aspects of the renewable energy sector in Poland. Andrzej has experience in energy and environmental protection matters, especially connected with development process of photovoltaic powerplants. As inhouse lawyer he represented leading photovoltaic powerplant’s developer on polish market on court proceedings for environmental permits, planning and zoning permissions as well as in the area of project incompatibility with Local Land Development Plan.
