Alexis is a partner in our London Corporate Team.  He specialises in private equity and venture capital work, and regularly acts for PE and VC sponsors, family offices, management teams and investee companies, in each case across various sectors which include healthcare and technology.  Alexis also advises corporates on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, advises on the implementation of equity based management incentive schemes and undertakes general corporate advisory work.

Before joining DWF Alexis worked for another international law firm for 13 years.

Alexis has a Masters degree in Law from Cambridge University, and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham School of Law.
