Agata Słoma is an advocate trainee and a Junior Associate in the Banking & Finance Department of DWF, Poland. She specialises in banking law and provides support in representing and advising banking institutions in litigation process concerning foreign currency loans, with  particular emphasis on Swiss franc loan mortgages. 

Before joining DWF Poland, she worked in leading international and Polish law firms. She has experience in advising banks in dispute resolution, i.e. preparing lawsuit documents and procedural strategies. From the beginning of her career, she has also been involved with company law and civil law procedure. She was also participating in providing comprehensive legal services to both business entities and individual clients in the field of banking, tax law and administrative proceedings.
