Experience
Adrian Ziółkowski is a Junior Associate in the Banking & Finance Department of DWF, Poland, experienced in acting for lenders, investors and borrowers in secured financing transactions (corporate and asset-based) as well as debt restructurings. He has expertise in renewable energy, financing development of wind, photovoltaic and battery storage power stations, private equity leveraged finance transactions and real estate finance. He was also involved in numerous bond and share issues.
Adrian's practice involves preparing facility and security agreements, ISDA-based derivative agreements and providing regulatory advice on EU and Polish financial instruments and markets laws.
Prior to joining DWF Poland, he worked at the Warsaw offices of leading American and British law firms and a distinguished commercial litigation law firm in Miami, Florida.
He is an alumnus of the University of Warsaw (Master of Laws) and the University of Warwick (Certificate in English Law) law schools and a valedictorian of a Certificate in American Law programme (with 5.00/5.00 GPA) of the University of Florida (in cooperation with the University of Warsaw).
