DWF in Birmingham announces new senior appointment and five promotions

The Birmingham office of DWF, the global legal business, has announced the appointment of John Campion as corporate partner and the promotion of five employees. 
John Campion is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with a track record of many cross-border complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and equity capital market transactions. He joins DWF from DLA Piper in Birmingham where he was a corporate partner. Prior to DLA Piper, John had a short stint at Shoosmiths. He began his career at Allen & Overy in London, where he trained and spent 7 years in the corporate team. 

Commenting John's appointment, Jon Stevens, exceptive partner, DWF in Birmingham said: "With a wealth of experience advising on corporate and commercial matters and a highly regarded reputation, John will be an asset to our team. We are delighted to have him on board."

The business has also announced the promotion of five employees in the Birmingham office. Natalie Osadciw-Louth has been promoted to Senior Associate; Samantha Chambers and Simon Naylor have been promoted to Associate; Jade Hollingworth has been promoted to Lead Paralegal and Lauren Goode to Paralegal.

The Birmingham office employs over 150 people providing Complex, Managed and Connected Services to clients.
