Led by the Social Mobility Foundation, the Index assesses and ranks UK employers on the actions they take to ensure they are open to talent from all social backgrounds.
This recognition reflects our continued commitment to building a fairer and more inclusive workplace. Accountability for DWF’s approach to social mobility sits at board level and resonates across the business. Key initiatives include removing specific grade requirements for graduate roles to attract a more diverse talent pool, offering solicitor and non-legal apprenticeships, partnering with clients to highlight the importance of social mobility, and delivering our flagship school engagement programme, 5 STAR Futures.
Louise Rogerson, Chief People Officer and Executive Sponsor of DWF’s Social Mobility Network Group said: “This is a fantastic result for us and reflects our continued, detailed focus on social mobility. We are proud to be part of a movement that champions opportunity for all and drives meaningful change across the legal sector and beyond."
