Accountability for DWF’s approach to social mobility sits at board level and resonates across the business. Key initiatives include removing specific grade requirements for graduate roles to attract a more diverse talent pool, offering solicitor and non-legal apprenticeships, partnering with clients to highlight the importance of social mobility, and delivering our flagship school engagement programme, 5 STAR Futures.
