As a global business it is important that we support and continue to celebrate the diversity of our 4,000 colleagues across all our jurisdictions.
This April, as colleagues around the world mark various religious and cultural celebrations, our Race and Ethnicity network continue to inform and promote resources for our colleagues to assist cultural understanding in a global workplace.
Our programme includes:
- A global calendar of the D&I occasions we will be recognising in 2022.
- A global calendar of key public holidays, national days and cultural events.
- A guidance on global meeting etiquette.
- A guide on supporting colleagues during Ramadan.
Aligned with the Mindful Business Charter, these resources and simple suggestions have been designed to create greater awareness of regional and cultural differences to support efficient collaborations on a global scale.
In parallel we have extended our Diversity and Inclusion Global Leadership Group to include additional representative from DWF locations around the world. Our group consists of 70+ senior leaders and diversity champions from all levels of the business across ten countries. They support in D&I strategy development, implement new initiatives and tracking progress against our targets.
