We will also discuss the relevant background to the legislation, in order to give you a better understanding of its purpose and ensure your business complies with same.
While the legislation is not strictly applicable to compensation claims, we will also highlight how the legislation is likely to have a significant impact when determining foreseeability and breach in a common law claim.
