He has a wide experience of cross border demergers and restructurings, working with advisers in a range of jurisdictions to produce smoothly delivered, robust and tax efficient structures.
Tom also has an extensive experience of a wide range of M&A transactions with a particular emphasis on private equity, indirect real estate and the energy sector.
