Ryan advises investors and property owners on acquisitions and disposals involving real estate ranging from individual commercial units up to entire multi-let estates and high spec city centre office buildings. Ryan is experienced in dealing with both transfers of real estate assets and providing property due diligence on SPV / holding company share acquisitions.
Ryan also handles property management matters ranging from lettings (long lease disposals, rack rent leases and occupational agreements), to wayleaves and bespoke side letter arrangements and also licences to assign, underlet and to carry out works.
