Richard is a partner with over 15 years' experience of investment acquisitions and sales, development and asset management work, acting for both landlords and tenants, with a particular emphasis on high value investment and portfolio transactions. Richard's clients include Ares Management L.P and LXi Reit.
Richard is also National Head of Innovation for the Real Estate group, developing DWF's Complex, Managed and Connected Services, and utilising software based on machine intelligence to extract data and develop document automation.
