Experience


Neil Jinks is Client Success Director for DWF. He is responsible for driving client development for our Lender Services and Recoveries teams in the United Kingdom. 

Prior to joining DWF, he was Head of Client Development & Communications at Court Enforcement Services Ltd, one of the largest High Court enforcement companies. He has also worked for other enforcement companies including the largest group in Europe as National Head of Client Services and for another as Board Director responsible for Stakeholder Relations.

Neil is passionate about helping credit professionals recover unpaid debts as quickly, efficiently and cost effectively as possible, as well as helping creditors gain better access to justice by lobbying for an improved Court Service. 

He has returned to DWF after previously being Client Services Director of the Recoveries team and has also been involved in the management and development of legal debt recovery operations for several other leading legal businesses during his career.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys playing the drums, listening to music, cinema, theatre, writing, photography, personal development, meditation, working out and spending time with his family and friends. He is also an Executive Board Director/Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), Vice Chair of the Civil Court Users' Association (CCUA) and Immediate Past President of the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation (IRRV) West Midlands Association.
