Michelle has particular expertise in property disputes, defending construction and related professionals in high value multi-party disputes. This includes acting for solicitors, accountants, financial advisers, engineers, architects, contractors, surveyors, and consultants in defence of multi-million euro claims.

Michelle acts for international clients in high value debt recovery proceedings providing a streamlined service from sending demands through to issuing proceedings, obtaining judgement and enforcement.   

Michelle advises International clients operating in the Retail, Hospitality, Leisure and Liquor Licensing sectors on their licensing requirements in the Republic of Ireland.
