Experience
Matteo handles civil and insurance litigation concerning the non-contractual liability of Regions, Provinces and Municipalities, both in direct defence of the insured and in the interest of insurance companies.
Matteo teaches Civil Law at the University of Milan, conducting oral examinations and serving as co-supervisor for degree theses; furthermore, Matteo is a lecturer in Civil Law at Lexademy, preparing trainees lawyers for the bar examination. Matteo holds a diploma from the Postgraduate School for Legal Professions (SSPL) at the University of Milan and regularly publishes articles in the scientific journal I Contratti, issued by Wolters Kluwer.
