His practice focuses on advising on disputes relating to the implementation of construction investments in the areas of general, infrastructure, energy and hydrotechnical constructions. He specialises in providing legal advice to construction contractors in the preparation of contractual claims including public procurement law regulations, conducting administrative proceedings and advising in restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He has represented construction contractors in many key projects for the entire construction sector. He has gained experience in contract negotiations, as well as in settlement and pre-litigation proceedings.
