Experience
Admitted to practice in November 2020, Ashleigh is experienced in advising on all aspects of employment, work health and safety and regulatory issues across a range of industry sectors. She regularly assists clients with legislative interpretation, sensitive workplace investigations, general protections and unfair dismissal issues, incident management, and health/safety prosecutions.
She is an active member of Australia's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is the Australian representative on DWF's Global Employment and Pensions Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Ashleigh undertakes a significant amount of pro bono work annually, advising pro bono clients on contractor arrangements, due diligence and safety management systems, employment contracts and policy reviews.
Ashleigh was a finalist in the Employment and Workplace Relations, Health and Safety Category of the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards 2024.
