Aleksandra specialises in energy law, with a focus on the regulation regarding renewable energy sources.
She advises entities carrying out RES investments, electricity generators, distribution and transmission system operators as well as trading companies in the course of ongoing business operations. Her practice focuses on aspects related to the investment process of renewable energy facilities such as photovoltaic and wind farms, biogas plants and energy storage facilities.
Her experience also includes advisory for entities from the electricity and gas sector on regulatory and contractual issues related to grid connection and licensing.

- advisory in a dispute concerning the conclusion of an agreement on reserve sale of electricity and gas;
- advisory in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office concerning license fees and support in appeal proceedings against the President's decision;
- advisory for the benefit of entities from the fuels sector in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in connection with granting of licenses for trading of liquid and gaseous fuels;
- participation in numerous due diligence projects for large-scale investments, including wind farm projects and photovoltaic farms, both for the purpose of obtaining financing and in connection with M&A transactions.
