Mathias Nörenberg advises on digital business law. The focus of his work lies in the legal support of the development and design of digital business models, such as internet platforms addressed to customers.
Before joining DWF, Mathias Nörenberg worked as a legal counsel for several market-leading companies in the media and e-commerce industries. He has broad experience in media law issues, in particular with regard to newer, technology-based business models. He is also involved in the contract design of development-, project-, cooperation- and licensing-agreements. Mathias develops solutions for the division of exploitation rights or for revenue sharing in multi-party relationships.A further focus of Mathias activities lies in the legal advice of e-commerce platforms with regard to regulatory requirements. In the planning phase, he advises, for example, on questions of website presentation or payment law, as well as on the design of digital supplier relationships or special link-out business models. He also has expertise in disputes relating to online sales and platform liability. He has experience with procedural law regarding the planning and execution of model lawsuits, in particular with a focus on trademark and unfair competition law.
