Throughout her career, Emanuela has supported companies operating in the industrial and commercial sectors, providing comprehensive advice at every stage of real estate transactions.
She assists companies and investment management funds across all market segments (logistics, residential, office and retail, hotels, and other types) in negotiating contracts related to the management and development of real estate assets, as well as managing retail networks and the purchase and sale of properties under construction.
Her expertise also extends to the construction industry, where she supports businesses in negotiating contracts for works and services, as well as service agreements (e.g., design, CSP, CSE, DL), ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace under Legislative Decree 81/2008, and managing relations with competent authorities and public administration.
Emanuela also advises companies in the hospitality sector, both hotel and non-hotel, providing daily support and handling hotel management agreements. She has gained experience in setting up entrepreneurial initiatives and start-ups, including those with high technological content, guiding clients in defining strategies and implementing innovative projects.
