Archana is a former Chief Counsel at BT and managed BT's insurance claims teams (all casualty, motor and plant recovery), overseeing end to end operational delivery as well as providing related legal, safety and risk advice. At it’s peak the team managed 20,000 claims a year ranging from low value minor damage claims to complex catastrophic injury cases, pre and post litigation.
Archana is experienced in coordination and liaison across internal and external stakeholders in insurance, risk, finance and safety, as well as working closely with operational and senior leaders.
Archana set up, and was Managing Director of, BT's outward facing claims business, BT law, which was acquired by DWF in 2019.
