Najiba is a Solicitor in DWF's Data Protection and Cyber Security team in London. She has gained experience across a range sectors and industries including financial services, big pharma, ad-tech and retail.
The wide range of experience, working closely with heads of the global data protection as well as key business stakeholders has provided Najiba with an ability to contextualise the varied data protection landscapes in which clients operate enabling her to provide bespoke and pragmatic solutions.
Najiba has assisted clients across multiple areas of data protection with a particular focus on advising and negotiating complex contractual and multi-party data protection arrangements, assisting organisations in navigating the changing landscape of international data transfers across the EU and the UK, helping with handling and responding to data subject rights requests on behalf of clients, as well as providing strategy and risk advisory services on privacy transformation projects. Najiba frequently publishes data protection articles and insights and presents in webinars.
