Jack is a Senior Paralegal in Manchester's Regulatory, Compliance and Investigation team. He specialises in transport regulation and regularly represents companies and individuals who face criminal and regulatory prosecutions from the Police, Health and Safety Executive, and the DVSA, following incidents on the road or in the workplace. Jack appears before the various UK Traffic Commissioners at Public Inquiries representing clients who have often failed to adhere to the conditions of their licence to operate haulage vehicles. Whilst specialising in Transport, Jack currently leads on a number of prosecutions, instructed by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, brought against those who commit serious breaches of merchant shipping legislation whilst at sea. Jack was recently named 'Paralegal of the Year' at the 2023 Manchester Legal Awards.
