Erika is an experienced Italian corporate lawyer and has represented several high profile clients in connection with domestic and cross border transactions, focusing particularly on matters pertaining to the industrial sector.
Throughout her career, Erika has gained exposure to all aspects of M&A, corporate and commercial law. She is particularly specialized in complex mergers and acquisitions, and has significant experience in the drafting and negotiating of contracts, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements and other commercial contracts.
Erika has also worked for more than 10 years in the field of corporate governance. She has provided support to clients regarding Legislative Decree 231/2001, which relates to the criminal liability of legal entities, as well as to the internal control of multinational groups and high level industrial companies. Her specific work in this area has included: drafting compliance programs, preparing risk assessment reports, and providing assistance to regulatory bodies. Erika also has a comprehensive understanding of EU money laundering and anticorruption regulation.
