Experience

Simon is regularly instructed to advise large corporates, local authorities, SME and sole traders following safety related incidents. He prides himself in obtaining excellent results for clients, be that minimising their liability for regulatory or criminal sanction, or in avoiding prosecutions altogether.

He also advises on contentious and non-contentious environmental and anti-bribery and corruption matters.

Simon is a specialist in the management and handling of large, high profile cases within the national RCI team. His eye for detail coupled with project management experience means he is well placed to support clients with particularly complex and reputational damaging cases, including Public Inquiries.

He has a special interest in fire safety and am regularly asked to advise on regulatory compliance and contentious matters in this field.
