Experience
Sam is an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) working in the Commercial and Data Protection team, having previously worked as a solicitor specialising in commercial and IT contracts. Sam supports the team on all aspects of commercial law, including contract law and data protection.
Sam's responsibilities include writing and delivering training for the team and our clients, keeping them up to date with changes in the law, and developing our precedent bank. She has created a number of automated document suites and tools for use by our lawyers, and has worked with our clients to create bespoke automated solutions for use by their legal and procurement teams.
Sam is a member of the LexisPSL Data Protection Intelligence Group and has contributed to its forthcoming data protection negotiation guide.
