Experience
Matteo has gained experience in civil litigation and legal advice, dealing with contractual and non-contractual liability. He has acquired particular expertise in the insurance sector in the field of claims made policies and unit-linked policies. He has published articles in a scientific journal of civil law, "I Contratti", published by Wolters Kluwer. In addition, he collaborates with the Chair of Institutions of Civil Law at the University of Milan, questioning at he exams and carrying out teaching activities at seminars. After graduating in law, he graduated from the Graduated School of Specialization for the Legal Professions, thanks to which he has perfected his skills in civil law, criminal law and administrative law.
