Experience
Agata Wylezińska is a trainee attorney-at-law and works as a Junior Associate in the Banking and Finance Department of DWF in Poland.
She specializes in banking, civil law and litigation, especially in civil proceedings. She gained first professional experience as a student working in the University Legal Clinic and at law firms specializing in various fields of law which allowed her to combine theoretical and practical legal skills.
When she was still in collage, she started her professional career working in The General Counsel to the Republic of Poland (Financial Law Department) where her practice was focused on civil litigation, civil law (including, in particular, contractual penalty, State Treasury's liability, cases of an actio pauliana) as well as financial and tax law.
