Katharine's an expert when it comes to the Advertising Standards Authority process and procedure having worked for the Committee of Advertising practice (CAP) prior to joining PAGB, the consumer healthcare association.

As director of regulatory and legal affairs for PAGB, Katharine was a board director of the Committee of Advertising Practice, developed a new PAGB Code on advertising marketing medical devices, led industry responses to MHRA safety challenges and was heavily involved in regulatory preparation for consumer healthcare products in light of EU Exit.

This unique experience pays dividends when supporting clients in the consumer healthcare area to navigate the flux of regulation in post-Brexit and the changing world of medical devices regulation. Returning to private practice shortly before Brexit she has been immersed in the legislative twists and turns and regularly supports clients with unexpected issues which continue to arise.
